Return & Exchange Policy

At KPT, every item is carefully checked before shipping to make sure it arrives in excellent condition.

Exchange
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags attached. Exchange shipping fees are covered by the customer unless the issue is from KPT.

Since our pieces are limited stock, the same size, color, or style may not always be available. In this case, you can exchange for another available item or keep the value as Store Credit for future orders.

Return
Returns are accepted only if you receive an incorrect item, a manufacturing defect, or an item that is significantly different from the product photos or description.

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Refund
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days via Instapay or Store Credit.

Non-returnable items
Items without original tags, worn/washed items, stained or altered items, accessories, personal-use items, clearance, and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
