At KPT, we carefully inspect every item before shipping to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

How to Submit a Return or Exchange Request

To submit a return or exchange request, please fill out the form below and provide the reason for your request along with any supporting photos, if applicable.

All requests will be reviewed, and our team will respond within 48 hours of submission.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags attached.
  • Exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is from KPT.
  • As KPT products are carefully selected stock pieces and limited-quantity items, the same size, color, or style may not always be available.

In such cases, customers may:

  • Exchange for any other available product of the same value or pay the difference for a higher-priced item.
  • Keep the item value as Store Credit in their KPT account for future purchases.
Store Credit has no expiration date and can be used fully or partially on any future order.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Incorrect item received.
  • Manufacturing defect.
  • Significant difference between the received item and the product description or photos displayed on the website.
Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order through the designated return request form.

Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.

Customers may choose one of the following refund methods:

  • Refund via Instapay to the account specified by the customer.
  • Store Credit added to their KPT account for future purchases.
If Store Credit is selected, it can be used fully or partially on any available product and does not expire.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items without original tags.
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, perfume, stains, or alterations.
  • Accessories and personal-use items.
  • Clearance and final sale items.
At KPT, we carefully source premium branded stock pieces at prices lower than their original retail value. Due to the limited quantities available, some items may not be restocked once sold out.
